Retrieve and respond to messages from VM/Host.

Requires Authentication
The following routes are available for this service:
POST/compute/{id}/message/action/answerRespond to a VM question.
GET/compute/{id}/messageRetrieve a message surfaced up from VM or Host that needs user response.
